Refund policy

Because each Blakasso Designs item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem so we can get it taken care of. Depending on the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be required to return a damaged or defective item.

Please check sizing information carefully before ordering. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot replace or refund items when the wrong size, color, or product was ordered by the customer.

If you believe your package is lost or there is another problem with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue.

Cancellations and changes

Orders are sent to production soon after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel it or make changes to the size, color, shipping address, or design. If you need to make a change, contact us as quickly as possible.

We want you to receive what you ordered and receive it in good condition. If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
